Slumming it

Well it is Cowes Week and I am orft down the jolly old yacht club tonight for a few champagne cocktails and ore derfs. So anything posted on this forum by me in the early hours of the morning will be complete bollox and must be ignored.

Oooh if you could see me now, cream loafers, white slacks, Ralph lauren shirt and jacket, silk cravat.  Hair slicked back into a nice ponytail tied with black velvet. I have even splashed it on all over and smell like a whores handbag.

The OH don't look half bad in her best frock and a bit of lippy.

Well it makes a change from 7 or 8 pints and a kebab.

Bloody small portions! I was starving all night, I had to ask the limo driver to stop at the chippie on the way home.  Yeh. you read it right, stretch limo to take me home. I was somehow announced as a celebrity gardener and even gave a few autographs, blagged me way around the questions all night hoping the bloke they really thought they had wouldn't turn up.
I might have  picked up a couple of jobs and you would be amazed at the prices I quoted, they did not bat an eyelid.

Oh how the other half live!

Now the old lady has been hankering after a Mercedes convertable and one of my new prospective customers runs a dealership. I reckon we could do deal.

I don't know about getting just a couple of jobs out of it - I think you should aim for at least a book and a couple of TV series out of all this celebrity gardener status!!!
