These are in 4" 300ml ramekins. And sinking after first baking.

Recipe says one each. I would have gone for two?

Have faith Tim. They will rise again! Is this the Delia recipe? Hot favourite in this house. Now you have reminded me, I shall make some at the weekend.

Indeed - they'll rise, but one each seems a bit mean?

Delia? No - a 'new' one in the w/e mag.

Oh, well -

- had a job getting them out of the pans - not as good a rise as one would expect - took longer to cook both times - but the Soleane Tomatoes made up for a lot!

And yes - 2 for a main course.

Oh yum yum and thrice yum, it all looks delicious and yes I see what you mean about a main course portion. I'd eat two. ;D :P
