can any one help me.
how do i know when a horse radish is ready to use &how do i make horse radish sauce. it has big green leaves on it.this is my first year of growing anything so im still learning when it come to gardening & growing etc.

If you want it to keep, use mayo ratheer than cream. Cider vinegar is nice, Do NOT breathe when gating!! A miroplane is useful.
