Hi,
My Toms are all now about 6ft tall with 5-6 trusses on each, do I stunt the plant now?
If so what do I do, cut off the top of the plant?

Stunt
? I like it. Can hardly call 6' stunted!! More normally
Stop
.
If you have room, no need, but usually yes. Any more & they won't produce worthwhile fruit in time.
Just pinch out the very topmost shoot, above the last flower truss.

Yes 6ft and 5/6 trusses is often about time to pinch out the uppermost growing tip-but there is always a caveat,if they are in rich soil and you have room keep them going for a while

Quite Tim-I was mindful of your post about Red Debarao.
