Would love to meet up with you, manics, but we have to see daughter off on a school trip tomorrow morning, and we're off to Venice on Tuesday (flying from Liverpool!) so things will be a bit manic here too! For once, York has got off fairly lightly with the rain so far.

Have you been to York, before? it is one of my favourite places in this country so lovely & so much history, the minster is wonderfull. Have a great time i envy you both. Rosebud.

been there, got back, it was lovely, very tiring, walking up and down all the stairs in the museum,
we went to yorkshire lavender yesterday, then on to scarborough, had a lovely day
tuesday was our anniversary so w went out all day, lots to eat, visited all he 'sights' and then, I fell asleep at 9 p.m,
Ray carried on reading Harry potter ;D ;D
romantic, hey ;D

MIL lives there and OH was brought up in York... will probably go up some point this (?) Summer...
Glad you had a great time. My OH is reading HP at the moment, last of the four to get it!
