bloomin' 'eck, funky, your garden's bigger than our plot  ;D

Do you want half of it?  It's getting too much fr me these days being as ancient as I am.  Luckily I use the farm rotavator to dig it all first off ;D
Now where did I put that _______? ( Fill in blank space)

cambridge - tiny site on New Street. 8th year with 2 plots and chickens new this year - thrice daily visits to hens means plots have never looked so good. The early morning run was a bugger though in the freezing winter dawns.

Yeah there is - pretty much opposite the river.  But just to confuse things i am not there - i am renting some land of a farmer - so its just me - so i don't get the value of sharing tips with other allotment holders but i get that from here!  :)

Hi folks,

Local parish council took an acre of a market gardener and turned it into 16 allotments. We were lucky enough to get 1 of them at the start and due to a few people not doing anything at all( I mean nothing !! ) We now have another. First plot sorted and grew some nice things this year. Second plot currently being dug into quarters and 1 being for fruit that we're planting atm and 2 quarters being for spuds in NY.

Just thought we'd say hi :-)

Hi Sandra,
Good luck with the allotment.
One of our other contributors used to have an allotment on that site before she moved, I'm sure you'll come across her postings.
