goodness they're lovely!!..........I've got about 6 growing either in pots or in my border that have got huge buds on them....never grown them before - bought a box of 10 (reduced from M & S) assorted lillies (all scented apparently) so waiting to see what they produce but if those are anything to go by - will be beautiful :)  4 different grow :(

Thanks everyone.  They look nothing like the picture in the catalogue but I am rather pleased with them.  Sadly there is no discernable scent but I have plenty of other scented lilies so I'm not too worried.   ;D

I hope your lilies turn out as you expect, Hot Potato, although to only get 6 out of 10 bulbs growing is quite disappointing and not much of a bargain.   :(

They are lovely Georgie, my lillies are nearly finished now - they haven't enjoyed the weather nor the attack by lily beetle.

Eek what can I say?  My garden is full of tiny delights at various times of the year but because it is so long and narrow (45 foot by 9 foot) it's hard to give an overall view.  That's why I grow so many things in containers so I can ring the changes.
