Topic: pressure pump sprayer

I am searching for a long handled brush to clean the pressure pump sprayer that has gone green with constant topping up with rain water.
How do you clean the insides of your sprayer? Any tips or ideas please anyone.

Bottle brush or flue brush, depending on the size of the sprayer.

Or a bit of sharp sand & detergent swirled around?

I use an old demi john prush you can get them from any homebrew shop.

A strong Bi-Card of soda mix left in for 24 hours, or washing soda mix applyed with a piece of towelling tied to a stick?

Toothpaste works on flasks

I have Magic Balls.

From lakeland Plastics as was, to clean narrow vases & the like.


They are actually small ball bearing like things that you add to water & swirl around, think they work by a combination of light scouring and some kind of catalytic process.

Posh sand probably.

Steradent cleans the inside of teapots, might do the same ...  ??? ???
