Looks great, manicscousers! I made it too and it was gorgeous! I'm not surprised that you had only one left. I ended up eating a huge portion in one sitting. :-[ My dog was begging when I was eating so he got a small piece as well. :)

I've never had Eton mess. Sounds good! I love the combination of meringues and cream... :P

I had a bowl of strawberries and cornflakes this morning for breakfast. :P Still got a lot of strawberries left... ::)

I've just realised that the Wimbledon starts soon! I'm not particularly into tennis but I can't see why I shouldn't be eating strawberries and cream. :P

I'm going to try Eton mess. I can't get it out of my head until I eat one! :D

I saw big tubs (600ml) of double cream for 88p at Asda yesterday but didn't buy. I must go back and get one... ;D
