Shades of pink and purple
« on: June 24, 2007, 17:34:15 »
I managed to nip out between the showers to take a few pics.  I'm afraid they are not that sharp because it's windy but hopefully they'll cheer you up on an otherwise rather grey day.  G x

The hanging basket has come on leaps and bounds since last weekend.  You can just about spot the Fuchsia Tom Thumb in the middle now!

I have never seen so many flowers on the Buddleia so the continuous pinching out seems to have paid off.  No butterflies today mind.   :(

This is my Cala Lily.  Can you spot the cricket (or it might be a grasshopper I can never tell the difference)?

Fuchsia Beacon from a cutting taken last year.

Fuchsia Beacon again.

Lily lollipop.

Quercifolium, a cedarwood scented Pelagonium.

Thanks they are really cheering, just what is needed on such a grey, wet day.  I especially like the sweer peas.
