I lifted most of my garlic yesterday. The variety is Purple Wight and the bulbs are a similar size to supermarket bulbs - all have cloved.
Do I need to dry it now ? I've not yet removed the roots or stem / leaves - should I chop these off ? It's currently piled up in the brick greenhouse ???

Don't cut the stems off, dry them and plait them-garlic farm site tells you how, it's quite easy & looks good.
