Cranberry sauce

??? Does anybody have a recipe for homemade cranberry sauce ?

Tis me favorite thang...

175g/6 oz cranberries
4 tbl spoons water
75g/3oz sugar (white is bestest)
1tblspn port or fresh orange (go for the port!  Tangy)
Boil berries for 10mins till tender/shouting for mercy
Add sugar, cook till disolved as in 15thC monasteries
Take pan from heat, add port (if any left) or juice
Stir well
Scoff with yummy turkey
