Tartiflette With Melted Cheese, Bacon And Thyme

This is a wonderful way to use up extra spuds, served with some slices of fresh bread its yum yum yum.

Made this last night and it was lovely and very easy to make so will definitly be making it again. Thank you Cambourne!
Gardening Rule: When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.

we had it last night as well and its a good way to use potatoes at this time of the year.
