I hve sown some herbs and the Coriander have shot up and are now lying on the soil but growing ok.
Will they be ok or should I sow some more?

coriander does have a tendency to go to seed quicker than it should. So to have a continuous supply it's best to sow some every few weeks IMHO

If you have the time, the space, the pots and the seed sow regularly!

we let some go to seed to bring in the hoverflies, and for the seed, of course :)

We don't know that it has gone to seed, do we?
I mean, has it flowered yet? Unlikkely, I would have thought.

Quite right Tim.
They are only a few weeks old and seem to be growing ok but are not very upright. They have just had an attack of greenfly which I have wiped off by hand.
The slugs and snails have battered my spuds (will they recover) and I have stems where basil used to be.
My parsley is going great but I hate the stuff!
I want to be organic but my trigger finger is getting itchy.
Any thoughts?
Gary.
