manic I have just 4 plants in a trough (first time ever grown strawberries) and I won't mind what shape they are just as long as I get some ;D They had better not be on my "avoid eating" list I have just been told to follow :'( (high cholesterol)

Yipee! When I had a fruit & veg shop I used to eat a large punnet of strawberries every night, I am just a pig for them :)

ours usually end up being eaten on the way home from the plot..I'm having to save these, we're having a bbq on sunday, all the family, so I've promised strawberry tart and flan  ;D
I know they're forecasting rain so mike'll be out in the rain under the gazebo and we'll all be in the warm  ;D
