« on: May 28, 2007, 08:23:44 »
got a black bamboo in a big pot sunk into the ground.................unfortunatly,where i sunk the pot.the local cat brigade have decided it makes a good toilet area.
its now looking a lot poorly........all the leaves are brown and dead looking.....was wondering if i hoiked it out of the ground/pot and divided it......would it come back?
advice much appreciated folks........it WAS a great plant and id like to save it if possible.

I doubt it is dead, just lurking under the surface. You cannot lose anything if you go ahead and move it. It is the same as allotmenteers peeing on their nettles, it only kills the leaves.
