Harlequin invasion plan?

Are these both Harlequins or is it evidence of their plan to corrupt our native species?

Lots of useful info here

http://www.harlequin-survey.org/

I think the key identifier is the legs of a harlquin ladybird are brown rather than the black of the natives.

and harlequins have a very distinctive 'M' (or 'W' if you're the other way round) on their heads.
(not 100% certain that our native labybugs don't ever have this though... :-\)
