Can anyone identify these please?
« on: April 22, 2007, 20:35:27 »
Hi,
Got a hanging basket from freeycle (going to put gardener's delight in it) but it came with a few plants still in it.  Can anyone tell me what they are please so I know how to treat them?
Many thanks

The first one looks like the remains of an ornamental cabbage! Past its best, so I would compost it.

I've seen the third one in hanging baskets before, but don't know its name I'm afraid... :-\
If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴

didn't used to be called cineraria?

It's usually treated as an annual for bedding but will last a few years if you leave it in over winter

Very small leaves for a hebe, could it be a heather? ???
