Have just visited Auntie food site and saw a post asking for recipes for using Le Creuset pans!  Needless to say, given the time, posting time was closed!  Misguidedly, I was under the impression that you just use pots and pans for whatever you want to cook, unless it is a fondue or raclette set!

Ooh!  I must be getting old and very cynical, made me spit nails!  Or am I being very cruel?  Sorry, ex caterer!  But even so, learned to cook at grandmother's knee which probably accounts for a lot of my spleen!

Cast iron pans are lovely but I thought you just used them like anything else!

Me too Tim!  I sometimes wonder how people get through life when I see those sort of questions!  Never mind, get back to my stainless steel and carry on cooking!  ;D ;D ;D
