shall i leave the bubble up to shade?
« on: April 24, 2007, 20:28:25 »
what are the pro,s and cons of doing this? i,v removed the bubble wrap from the sides as it seemed to harbour slugs then i thought maybe i would as i usually put netting over the top and it blows off. suppose i could put net inside but would the bubble do just as well as it is already up there? :-\
marg 1 week to go till cast off :D

We always take the bubble off (a couple of weeks ago now) to give maximum light. But then our GH is a bit shaded.

I tried this last year as an experiment,I won't again!!

I found like Trevor said give them maximum light !!

I was quite surprised how it affected my plants (Tomatoes & Squashes) and I think there was a tendancy for things to get a bit too warm!!
