Free E-Cards?
« on: June 21, 2005, 11:42:35 »
Anyone know of a good FREE e-card site? The American one I used to use has gone pay per card! Thanks   DP

I like this site because it has an environmental theme:

When I worked for AGFA, I used the ecards on their web site as they always had a good selection at Christmas.

These days the photography part of AGFA is a company called AGFAPHOTO and you need to call up the following:

http://www.agfaphoto.com/en-GB/photography/index.html

Click on the 'Photography' tab (if that page isn't already active) and then on 'eCards'.

Regards,
Sue

My friend has one, it's not free, but I'm recommending it cos I'm biased!!!

www.animatedfacecards.com

there's picture of him in the "How to" section, and his Ma!  He has the thickest Dublin accent, see the platter example.

Rosebud,

I see that. I have texted him to ask him what's up. Maybe he didn't pay his rental fee for the site, however it works. Will let you know when and if it's back up.

Ciaran

Yeah, he said he was being sued by an American company if he didn't take it down...so sorry about that.  I think I have an example of one though, I got one made for a Swiss friend of mine and didn't send it. It's the platter one too. If I can find it, I might send it to you, but it'll only be me wishing someone a happy birthday....and my head on a platter!!!

I know I was looking for free, but I just signed up to this one, I think the cards are fab and the joining fee cheap!

Very good if you happen to like black labs and flowers! ;D
