hi peeps we have made a getting started guide for all new allotmenters on our blog site, with all the useful hints and tips for anyone interested in starting an allotment patch.

Great site! you have put a lot of hours into it.
I am a beginner and have described my experience on my rather amateur looking site. It is amazing, that just like books there are a hundred and one ways of documenting ideas.

thats a nice site, but as you said different people have different ideas huh? but as with books you never have just 1 book do you, so many sites are always helpful.
