This is a Scilla, but which one in particular I do not know. I sowed the seeds a long time ago and the label is now blank!. It is not one of the commonly available ones. The flowers are about 1 cm across by the way.

Hi Palustris,
Looks like my siberian squills (Scilla Siberica) before the flowers are fully open and drooping. Book I'm looking at says there is one similar to S. Siberica, this one is called Scilla Tubergeniana which has paler blue striped flowers that appear earlier in the spring than S. Siberica.
If it's not this then don't know what it is not got all the books I used to have :-\
