I'm with Steve on the book by CJJ Berry, I think it's a great book, it's been my bible for years! recipes always turn out well, and gives good advice, although I think it's out of print

Also agree CJJ Berry's book is a must to read. Yes the recipes are a touch outdated, But the basics remain the same.
most recipes these days area variation of berry's recipes
His second book "130 new winemaking recipes "is also worth mentioning with month by month recipes of whats in season.
I still make wines using these recipes and also adapt them to suit.
P.S got a lovely coffee wine on the go at the moment. ;)

I don't think CJJ Berry's out of print -there's about 20 copies in our local garden centre, a fiver or less.
