8 pts petals
2lb sugar
2lb Honey
3pts white grape concentrate
Acid mix of citric,malic and tartaric
Hock yeast
Makes 3 gallons
And another
`September Rouge`1982
6lb damsons
2lb 6oz sultannas
2kg Sugar
250g dried billberries
1 can conc. blackberry juice
Nutrients etc-titrated acidity and adjusted with tartaric/succinic/malic mix
Proferma chianti yeast
