Viburnum tinus, there are many that have names given them.
Don't worry about tomorrow, or yesterday, just think about today.

Yep, its a Viburnum, but not the common one -Bodnantense Dawn - its leaves are not so bright green as yours, and the stems are redish.

Looking at the lower leaves, I see you have a good case of viburnum beetle !
