Feeding seedlings
« on: March 13, 2007, 15:18:08 »
Hi there

I wonder if someone could help me - I have some celebriac, cabbage (summer and grehound) and forget me not seedlings, which I pricked out about a fortnight ago and they are just sitting there looking at me.  The Calendula don't seem to have any problems - they are happily romping away - pricked out at the same time and double the size of the others.

The question I need answered is whether or not it is a good thing to give them a diluted feed (any seedlings for that matter) or will this encourage too much bushy growth??

feed is in the compost... let them grow at their own pace.

Ok - no problem ;D - I'll leave them to sulk away.  Alto I noticed that the greenpepper seedlings seemed to have perked up somewhat - so maybe they are getting ready to romp away.

Thanks
