Didn't know if this might be useful to anybody if you ever get into an argument about shelf lives.

The beer doesn't taste much different apart from being smoother but the wine has definitely improved. (hic) It tastes stronger but in theory it should still be about the same, whatever that was. Anyway I've forgotten which recipe I used and which yeast, so we'll never know. I've only about a dozen bottles of wine left now so hurry if you want to call in for a sample.  ;D
