I'm a Researcher for Eagle Media Productions, producers of the “Heaven’s Kitchen” series with Mike Robinson and the “James Martin Digs Deep” series.
We are looking for somebody about to embark on setting up or taking over a restaurant or other food outlet. We hope to focus on a company who will be sourcing their ingredients locally and it is not essential that they have ever run a restaurant or catering enterprise before. It doesn’t matter whereabouts in the UK they are, what age they are or whether they are a sole entrepreneur or a family team. We would be looking to film their progress from as close to day one as possible through planning, design, building of both front of house and kitchen, menu planning and sourcing and the opening of the enterprise.
