Would I get away with putting them in one of the large blue plastic water barrels with a lid on? Or would RATS & MICE chew through that too?

I get sascks from the market. They ae just the paper ones and have worked very well. I leave them in garage. Get onion bags too. Have not been aware of vermin out htere but I guess I have jsut been lucky.

all my potatoes are chitting! it is so gross. are they still safe to eat that way? some are really squishy and some aren't too squishy but all have chits.

we eat them all, even the softer ones make o.k. mash, we just take the chits off  ;D
