Got a load of these last year, the seeds are as good as any, and at 19p a pack, you could fill the allotment with veggies and the back garden with flowers for a tenner!  ;D ;D

Has anyone tried Netto seeds? Have they all come up true? A friend of mine bought some from Aldi's last year and they weren't what they should've been, she was asking if I knew about Nettos but I haven't used any.

Oooh, a new Netto opened last summer only about half a mile from me... I look forward to seeing the seeds when they come in.

I bought lots of bulbs from them last year - daffs, crocuses and allium for my front garden - and they were really cheap too.

Cambourne - I would happily fetch you some and post them if you know what you're after?

Val, the seeds Netto sold for 19p a packet last year were D.T.Browns, not even rebranded as Netto's own. Since Browns are a very reputable company the seeds were first class. A true bargain ;).

I bought them at Netto last year and the seeds were very good value. I was there by chance just as they were putting them out so I had first choice of everything! The ones I used germinated well.
I'd also heard of D.T.Brown as a seed supplier.
This year they are seeds from another supplier I've never heard of, but at 19p they must be worth getting.

Thanks for the tip - went today but had to ask for them as they had not got around to putting them out. Then got to the till and they would not go through so had to be put through as sage & onion stuffing (also 19p per packet)- got myself a good stock ideals for beginner like me they as just had basic veggie and flowers.
