Blogger and the new Google Blogger
« on: January 04, 2007, 19:56:08 »
hello - has anyone who uses Blogger moved to the new Google Blogger yet ?  I'm a bit worried about losing / messing up my blog.  Also, whats a Google account - is it like Yahoo, ie e-mail / groups / etc ?  God, I feel so old   8)

Looking for responses such as 'yes, it was very easy and a delight to do' and not 'it was a nightmare, crashed my system, destroyed my data and I've now lost the will to live' ....

Blogger isn't the most reliable of sites, it's often very busy.

I have several blogger blogs and they're all fine, easy to set up once you can get in. ;) I did move my art blog over to the new Google beta and there was no problem and nothing changed. (it's not beta anymore) And yes, signing up with Google is kinda like Yahoo or MSN that sort of thing.

I have set a third one up with YAHOO 360 today. It was much easier than google and guided you through completing profile, adding stuff, editing and lots of other stuff you might want to do.

Have given up the ghost with google. I'm sure they will delete my 2 on their site when not used. ;D
