which books for fruit?
« on: December 30, 2006, 22:36:03 »
Having never bothered with fruit growing before, I have planted 2 apple trees, some rhubarb and 12 strawberry plants this past couple of months. Considering blackberry bushes. ::)

Which books are recommended for growing, nuturing, pruning and storage of fruit? And which books are not worth bothering with?

we have got the Fruit Expert - one of the series of books by Hessayon, is quite good for advice though the lists of varieties is a bit limited.

I don't grow a lot of fruit but I use the Bob Flowerdew book.
