Why not  use System Restore  which is Start/ Programs/Accessories/System Restore and choose a date when Computer didn`t  have errors, it worked for me a few months ago on another Error Box.
I downloaded the New Firefox 2 browser on the day it was released--24/10, had been using previous version 1.5 for 6 months--brilliant compared with IE7.
But anyway, had no errors after loading Firefox 2.

I'm always wary about using new progs before they've been tested by other, braver individuals.

I'm very happy with Firefox 1, so will wait and see what other people think of it before  clicking the upgrade button.

Loaded Firefox 2 on my laptop as soon as I heard it was released - on this site of course! No problems at all and it seems to run even faster and the improved tabbed browsing is brill - although sometimes I close them all down by mistake as I don't like getting the message reminding me not to, so I turned it off  ???
Just upgraded on the PC before replying to this, again no probs.
Out with the old, in with the new say I ;D

I have used Firefox for quite a while, together with Thunderbird its email application.
No problems, Thunderbirds junk sort is brilliant.

You see 50 email headers downloaded and suddenly, BANG, 48 go to the Junkbox.
