i'm having trouble even getting them to germinate, I hven't got a heated propagator so have put them in a normal one in the greenhouse, they seem to just be going mildewy.  Help!

Only one out of 4 germinated, so it will be suitably cosseted in my unheated greenhouse! been trying to grow these to fruition for about 5 years, no luck as yet, but I keep trying!!

I have 3 watermelon plants romping away on the allotment.  They need a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng growing season with plenty of sun and water.  I don't hold out a lot of hope, but one would be an achievement!

Don't know SS, but I looked today, and I have 6 weeeeeeeeeee little baby watermelons growing.  Can't imagine they will ripen, but I do have my glass hot house cloche up on the allotment, so I could give them some extra mollycoddling later in the season.  ;D
