Only just got arond to it.  Very inspiring about our sort of gardening.

Only thing that bugs me is Terence Conran (sorry SIR T!) smugly lording it over his bug-free cabbage patch. How does he keep them like that without protection. Or something worse.??

Which is why I don't get a Sunday paper!....gotta rely on you to post the best of the cu recipes - know you won't let me down :-* just taking a breather before the next glut arrives.....poss a week? Still, have found 3 peeps who're going to be grateful for a cu or two......but then there's 3, 4,5,6,7 & on & on to deal with :o  SO thrilled with my cucs. !st year of growing, imagine that? I'd always thought they were greenhouse plants.....wrong there, then, for starters.....

The way to get an impressive bug-free cabbage patch is surely to keep it covered, then whip the covering off just before the photographer arrives!

Cucumber goes really well in a stirfry, if you want to use it up.

I cracked open the first jar of the cu relish that TIm recommended from Delia last week.

We now have half a jar left  ;D ;D :o

Think I shall be making more *very* soon...
