Anyone got any good reads they can recommend that are related to gardening/allotments/alternative living? Preferably 1st hand accounts with brains and knowledge sharing ifyouknowwhatImean  ;D

recently read and enjoyed:
Cowpasture - Roy Lacey
Allotted Time: Twelve Months, Two Blokes, One Shed, No Idea - Robin Shelton
Scenes from a small holding - Chas Griffin

grew up on:
I bought a mountain
The moon's our nearest neighbour
Hovel in the Hills (and sequels)

and have just bought:
A garden in the hills - Elizabeth West via ebay as recommended on an old thread in A4A.

Just managed to bring the pile of unread books to below 50 again (not counting OH's books he thinks I need to read - war, famine, military history  :o)  and am feeling uncomfortable! ;D ;D
