Obvious, isn't it?  You earth up leeks and celery to blanch - so why not spring onions?? That's what the packet says, anyway! = Tim

Thanks for that Tim, it is obvious when you think about it, but I've never thought to do it in the past.    But I will in future.

- and don't forget to multi-sow in modules (if you so wish!) so that you get a handful at a time on harvest. = Tim
