You have summed up the appalling service that Blackwall provides.
I have waited 4 months for my order. One dalek came last week. I had a phone call 3 days ago stating that "Your order will be with you in 7-10 days (but give it 14). I replied that "You said that 3 weeks ago"

I said I will be in Turkey & would they forward it on.

The thingy said "I'll make a note of that".

NUFF SAID ABOUT BLACKWALL?????

Now had a letter of apology from the Chief Executive with a £5 voucher!
He states "In the unlikely event that your delivery has not yet been completed---------"

I have to buy another item to redeem the voucher.
Not very customer friendly when you are still waiting for the original order - now 4.5 months overdue with my money in their bank account since mid April!
