Sharks fin Squash
« on: July 04, 2009, 10:14:42 »
How big are the fruits on this rogue of a plant and what do they look like.
When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

our ones looked just like a mottled green watermelon, and nearly the same size. Extremely beautiful

Will have to get ower Tone to make a handy angle structure for the monster. If I grow it again  will grow it under the sycamore at the top of our plot and let it have it's head

Agree, about watermelon sized......the closest I've got to being successful with melons! White flesh, and the seeds should be completely black if you want to save some, I found it difficult to judge when they were ripe; if in doubt leave longer!

One of mine last year.....

If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴
