its very pretty; lovely colour. i went to Great Dixter a few weeks ago which was beautiful and they have a great nursery there which  specialise in clematis.

You know Sarah, even though it is not far from me I have never been there. Isn't that always the way though.  :) ::)

My last visits have been to Sheffield Park Gardens and Michelham Priory in early June. Last year a friend took me to Sarah Raven's cutting garden at Brightling.

My father has just enrolled me as a member of the RHS, so I guess I will be visiting more gardens now.

if you are near to Dixter you must go its a stunning garden. I travelled to kent especially to visit Sissinghurst and Dixter and came home totally mesmorised!
