Hi Doris,

I had a word with my husband about 'skype' when he came home from work and he says that he wouldn't touch it!
Anything that interferes with firewalls in any way is best avoded.
They could use the access they gain to introduce all kinds of rubbish onto your 'puter.
He also says that, in this world, you don't get 'owt for nowt' and free telephone calls anywhere around the world is highly sus.

The final decision is, of course, yours but hope this info helps.

Thanks Eileen for that! I must admit I stupidly hadn't thought about the firewall aspect! Duh me  :) Will have to think long and hard.
Thanks to you to Huch, have a few friends on it, who "claim" it is fast becomming the new msn Messenger, so was wondering what everyone else thought ;D  DP
