Broadband charges.
« on: June 06, 2006, 14:38:10 »
I have been with Wanadoo (now Orange) for some time.My son pointed out to me that I was paying for a better service IE speed. I am brain dead as far as  computers are concerned. Anyhow I telephoned Orange and told them I was changing  to another company as I could get a better service for £3per month less than I am paying. Amazing they are reducing my monthly payments and giving me a faster speed. That was worth the phone call!! :)

Roy Yes I did read all the original posts on that thread., got a bit too complicated for me. I really don't use my phone very often. Fortunately nearly all my family can be reached by email or IM. The few times I have to use the phone (my 83 year old sister for one :)) I phone after 6pm so the calls only cost me 5.1/2p for up to an hour.. a'hem if we chat longer than an hour I put the phone down and call back ::) ::)
My total bill per month for phone and internet is £28/£30..
