I have, on my recently aquired lottie, some bushes and trees that I think are fruit baring. Thing is, I have absolutely no idea what they are - how can I identify them?
Your help please

Any chance of some pictures? otherwise, get hold of a straightforward book, such as The Fruit Expert and have a look.

if you have one which is quite small and scrubby and is the prickliest bush you have ever encountered, thats probably a gooseberry. If you have some long gangly things which are not prickly they could be raspberrys. as for the trees maybe apples plums or ... i guess if you asked somone on your allotment they may be able to tell you. could you post up some photos?
