Belgian honeysuckle
« on: May 07, 2006, 13:08:10 »
Got this plant as a special offer from GW magazine at least 3 years ago. It's grown well but never produced any flowers. I've never pruned it either and now it's a complete tangle ans smothering the plants around it. I'm very tempted to get rid of it unless anyone can tell me what to do to make it flower.

google "honeysuckle no flowers" or search on here.

good pruning is important, as is light apparently and can take up to three years to establish.

give it a good old short back and sides.
