Thanks for the encouragement, I'll give it another go, may put them on the windowsill this time.

My second batch is not showing. How I can get 100% germination over 48hrs with my first batch and 0% over the same period from my second batch, when using the same seed, compost and technique, is beyond me. Especially as I am working with huge numbers.
