Shredder-Had to laugh!
« on: March 19, 2006, 21:09:16 »
I got a shredder on ebay last year. 5HP nive clean condition. Shredded loads of stuff and put on compo heap and it was steaming like mase when I lifted the lid an hour later :D

It didn`t seem to cut branches too well though ???

Cleaned it up last night and thought I would "sharpen" the blade!

It was on the wrong way round and looked like it had never been on the correct way.......!

looking forward to a real test later in the year now to play with sharp toy!

Perhaps that was why it was on Ebay in the first place ... ?
The impossible is just a journey away ...

It probably was. I once had a mate with a new baby and no money to buy a cot. One day he was down at the skip dumping rubbish, when some guy rolls up and dumps a £100 cot (this was around 1985). It turned out that he'd bought the thing, assembled it wrong, decided to dump it, realised what he'd done, and then dumped it anyway rather than putting it back together properly. Some people are incredible. Anyway, my mate got a very nice cot for nothing.
