LOL!  Are you going to show us some of your paintings, Kitty?  We have some very talented posters here and we so enjoy looking at their creations.   :)

Why do I like snails?
Well basically I like all animals. If it has a heart then it has a soul and should need protecting like yourself and myself.

Weedin Project - what we called our garden when we moved into our new house; kind of like the Eden Project (especially as we put two biomes greenhouses up!) but not quite the same scale or diversity.

Still weedin', still a project.

And before anyone asks if we grow the same things as Eden Project, no, we don't have a hemp section!

Real names - Stewart (Weedin) & Cathy (Mrs Project).

hey - less of the abuse ...

... Duck Dinner Dash is a kinda pun as my surname is Duck, but I'm a vegetarian (which amuses my friends no end) and I like to do things at full speed !  ... warped humour I guess, but it works for me ... I think its funny and it kinda fits with the allotment providing dinner theme too.

I also adore making cakes and baking in general, so if I ever get my olde tea shoppe it will be christened with the same name.  Did think about DCUK, but have been beaten to it - there's an old shop in Whitby, which used to be 'DUCKs' (no relation) and is now something else, but the U & C have been swapped round ... cool  8)

E is for a name I will never admit to owning and the Magggie bit has 3 gggs
because every other variation of Maggie is being used by someone else...

Well my real name is Bernard Archibald Bartholemew.  ;D

Also known as Emma Jane.  Hate being called Emma Jane, only my teachers and my mum when I was in trouble called me the full name, but it is a complete name, I am not Emma, but Emma Jane.  ;D

Have to say I love this thread :)

Scotch-mist is a mixture of me being proud of being Scottish,

and a Glasgow expression my granny used to use when I was a wean.(takes me back to my childhood ;))

Have to add that since joining A4A I've discovered that it is also a haar(Scottish sea fog) a whiskey and the name of a white heather(my favourate plant)

My real name is Marie :)

Katy is a nickname I used to have because Caroline is too long and no one ever used it, but that's my real one. The "newbie" part was so that people would realise that I knew very little when I first joined the site last June, that has not changed!!
Erm ... shouldn't it be Katyseniormember now though?  ::)  OK, maybe that doesn't have the same ring to it ...

I'm Juliet on all the forums I post on because it's easy for me to remember.  I played the character once (used to do a lot of acting) & the name stuck.

Came in from the garden before registering ( again - forgot my previous login) and struggling to think of an alternative because Kaz was taken ( possibly by me!).  Couldn't think of a plant that felt like me at the time so moved on to fauna.  Had just been looking at the rockery to see if the little frogs were about so.... froglets it was.

Real name Karen
is it in the sale?
