BBC 2 8.30pm tonight - River Frome: Bill explores the delights of Dorset's River Frome in autumn and uncovers what could be the real inspiration for Ratty in Wind in the Willows, one of his favourite books.

Love his programme's - shall deffo be watching, as in-laws live in Frome,

although don't know distance that River Frome covers, anywayup, shall

still watch it ;D

me too Lorna.  i am very selective what i watch these days.  and i've just learned that it wasn't a matter of channels it was more like i should learn to tell the time.  i was 30 mins too early and then switched the tele off when i didn't see our Bill.  :-[

double blast.  ah well, i'm all prepared for Friday.   ;D

Thats strange   Mrs KP.  I watched it on BBC 2  Scotland at 8.30 p.m. also DVD it as well.

Love Bill Oddie and now I have discovered Jimmys Farm I'm hooked, don't know why I didn't watch the first series, its fantastic.
Have you looked on his website, some beautiful pictures of the pigs :D
