Pricking out root veg seedlings

It found out last night(being a newbie) that my parsnip seedlings roots are about twice as deep as my seedling trays.
What would other members recommend for this whilst saving as much space as possible as I am running our rapidly.

Loo rolls or even better kitchen paper rolls ;D enev wrapping paper rolls cgopped up!
already have the neighbours collecting for me ;)
